Dr. Tiana Woolridge is a sports medicine physician, public health advocate, and international speaker who helps individuals and organizations thrive through conversations on wellness, performance, leadership, mental health, and injury prevention.
A Los Angeles native and daughter of NBA star Orlando Woolridge, Dr. Woolridge was a basketball state champion at Harvard-Westlake School, USA Volleyball Junior National Gold Medalist, and two-time All-Ivy NCAA Division I volleyball player at Princeton University. Her journey through elite athletics, medicine, and public health has given her a unique perspective on resilience, identity, performance, and the long-term wellbeing of athletes and high achievers.
In addition to her clinical work in sports medicine, Dr. Woolridge has partnered with colleges, youth-serving organizations, nonprofits, athletic programs, and community groups across the country to deliver keynote speeches, educational workshops, panel discussions, and wellness programming.
